KAPI
1986年生まれ、宮城県石巻市出身。
現在は宮城県仙台市を中心に活動するDJ,Organizer。
数々のパーティーをオーガナイズしてきたが、
現在はCLUB SHAFTで”LOOP”をオーガナイズ。
これまでにrural2024,Unsound Osaka等の
国内主要フェスティバルに出演。
DeepTechnoを主軸にプレイしているが、
その音楽性は幅広く、あらゆる音楽を時間と場所で使い分け、
嘘のないディープなフロアを作り上げていく。

Born in 1986 in Ishinomaki, Miyagi, he is a DJ and organizer currently based in Sendai.
Having organized numerous parties over the years,
he now runs “LOOP” at Club SHAFT.
He has performed at major domestic festivals
such as rural 2024 and Unsound Osaka.
While his sound is rooted in deep techno,

GIG〔 gut ist gut 〕

2018年からアパレル、パーティ、アートショー、多種多様なメディアを通して、新しい価値や問題を発信するアノニマスな集団です。

“GIG”とはドイツ語の“gut ist gut”、つまり「良いものは良い」という意味に由来してます。

彼らの活動はアンダーグラウンドシーンからの影響も強く受けており、そうした都市でのコミュニティ形成に不可欠な媒体であっただけでなく、井戸端会議的な役割を果たす場所への共鳴が、彼らを突き動かしてきました。

彼らが発信する言葉の一つに「future subjunkies」という造語があります。「未来の話題中毒者」という意味をなすこの言葉は彼らの思想を垣間見せます。これは変わり続けるストリートを従来する中で社会が未だキャッチしえない新しい価値や、隠れた社会の問題を発見し、それらを外側に提示きていくという彼ら自身を表し、アパレルに落とし込まれたその言葉は着る人々を媒体にして意味や存在を拡張していきます。

アートスペースで行われた洋服と彼らの思想が可視化されたインスタレーション展、日本では当時ほとんど認知されていなかったリソグラフ印刷を利用したポスターエキシビション、日本で報道されていない西パプア独立運動のドキュメンタリー制作等、多角的な活動を通して、ファッション・音楽・アートを横断、接合しながら同時代においての新しい価値や問題の提示を続けています。

GIG is an anonymous collective that has been based mainly in Sendai and Melbourne since 2018, transmitting new values and issues through a wide variety of media including apparel, parties, art shows, and documentary production.
